We want to get things right. If you are unhappy with one of our services, our websites or how we have dealt with you, please tell us. This procedure covers Assize Data Ltd and all of its trading names.
Other kinds of complaint
- About how we use your personal data: see data protection.
- About something published by Assize News: see the Assize News complaints procedure.
How to complain
Use our contact form, email enquiries@assizedata.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line, or write to us at c/o IWN Accountancy, The Echo Building, 18 Albert Road, Bournemouth BH1 1BZ. Please tell us:
- your name and how we can contact you
- which of our services or brands your complaint is about
- what went wrong, and when
- what you would like us to do to put it right
If you need help making a complaint, or would like to complain in a different way or format, tell us and we will help.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
- We look into it. Where we can, someone other than the person you dealt with does this.
- We send you a full response within 20 working days. If we need longer, we tell you why and when to expect it.
If you are still unhappy
Reply to our response and ask for your complaint to be reviewed by the company’s director. The director’s review is our final response.
We are not a regulated legal services provider, so the Legal Ombudsman cannot consider complaints about us. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you so in writing and explain any alternative dispute resolution options available to you. You may also be able to take your complaint to court, and Citizens Advice can help you understand your options.
Learning from complaints
We keep a record of complaints and what we did about them, so we can put things right and improve our services. Our privacy notice explains how long we keep it.
