Who these terms are from
This website is operated by Data Torturing Solutions, trading as Assize Data. Incorporation as a private limited company in England and Wales is in progress; the company number and registered office will be published here on completion. Contact dts@datatorturingsolutions.co.uk.
The site is informational
This website describes a service. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and using the site does not create a contract between us. The court outcome notification service is supplied only under a separate written agreement, which sets out scope, service commitments, data protection terms, charges and liability. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.
Accuracy and no advice
We take care that the information here is accurate at the date shown, but the site is provided as is and we give no warranty that it is complete or current. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a statement about the status of any proceedings, any individual or any matter.
Court information
We report what is published by the courts, as it is published. We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of court data, we do not commit to court sittings or publication schedules, and we do not commit to the availability of court systems. Our commitments relate to what we do with published information, and are set out in the service agreement.
Licensing status
An application under the HMCTS Third-Party Courts and Tribunals Data Licence framework is in progress. We do not hold a licence under that framework at present, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that we do.
Intellectual property
The content, design and marks on this site belong to Data Torturing Solutions or are used with permission. You may read, print and share the pages for the purpose of evaluating the service. Any other reproduction, systematic extraction or commercial reuse requires our written consent.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of this site, and do not use automated means to place unreasonable load on it. Ordinary search engine indexing is welcome; see our robots.txt.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability under the service itself is dealt with in the service agreement, not here.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date below indicate the current draft.
